Recently had an opportunity to sleek into the blog of Shri Lal Krishna Advani. And luckily, got through the registration process(passwords are one of the toughest nut to remember or even type)...

Technology is helping so many people, today people and politicians(for me they are two different set of people, with due apologies), are demonstrating the high charisma of being tech savvy. Is it enough? or this is another round of fooling people with the help of technology earlier it was roadshows and nowadays its tech show. I have no contentions about the same, it is definitely welcome sign. But the issues should be seen through the lens.

Will the technology be used only to garner votes?

Will people will get answer from politicians on all the issues concerned through such blogs?

Are blogs managed?

Are blogs read and action taken upon?

If we have favourable answers to the above questions, then its nothing like that, all the people in India who have sufficient infrastructure to deal with can directly raise the queries/issues through blogs and make politicians accountable.....i guess this is a long dream to come....true. I strongly recommend shri advaniji to use technology as a base for development. Sir, today India do not want political parties to compete for number of seats, it should be a competition for growth of the country......there should be no competition for making money, but it should be for generating wealth for people......there should be no competition to improve resume of politicians with red blot....but it should be competition for removing the crime from country.......all said and done after the elections we will see the same websites with "server down", "please access after some time" types of messages.



Shri Advaniji, please ensure that you give tickets to people who can serve people and not people who will serve party.......becoming PM may be your dream, but who will guarantee the fulfilling

of dreams of common Indian. I reach late to my office when you visit my place? So even for this small issues if you are given priority, country will not develop. Take some strong decisions and ensure that you have soft pillow, when sleeping at night you should be happy that you have done something good and not repent for not doing something good.

Lal Krishna Advani or Narendra Modi, can never be killed or assassinated. As they are the stories for motivating terrorists. All the speech of duo are neatly recorded and used by the terrorist outfits to encourage people to join the stream of terrorism. In case the outfits decide to shoot out this two persons, then they do not have any stuff which forms part of the training camp for terrorism. Its simple that no one has thought about it. When big personalities can be killed or assassinated, why not duo, the secret lies in the strategy of the outfits who are smarter than what we think about them. See the planning and execution these outfits have without any formal education. Security system however robust, cannot be a fool proof mechanism, as security measures are being breached since ages. We can list down assassinations of various personalities and most of them had top class security, but that did not save their life. So we should not mistake that these persons cannot be killed, but we need to be cautious and understand the intentions of the outfit. These outfits crawl for speeches(rather inflammatory speeches) of the duo and use it as training material. And given the aggressive stands of these two personalities, we are assured that the terrorist organisations has at least two videos of speeches(in a fortnight) and now its Election seasons so speeches are raining.....Media plays the most dangerous role, wherein they keep beaming these speeches(remember "maut ke saudagaar" speech by Sonia Gandhi), which in turn gives wide coverage. Media is not matured in India and does not even understand the strategy adopted by terrorist outfits, they are just competing for beaming "breaking news" before the other channels beams it or beam"exclusive" pictures, without any essence or value addition. So sad, in India all industries are developing and Media is deteriorating for quality/value addition(read my blog on Media is dead long live the media.....). So wake up guys and gals....L K Advani and NArendra Modi will bever be killed/assassinated.

Renuka Chowdhary and Ramadoss

Indian Politics is very interesting one. I am very keen to follow the stupid speeches, confessions, acts, misdeeds, volatility, party hopping, ideology hopping of Indian politicians, it is a fun to watch......sample these incidents.
Lot of hue and cry of Mangalore incidents. Hands down, should be condemned but is this the way. Our own Ms. Renuka Chowdhary(RC) very vocal and brave(did she fight against the terrorists during Parliament attack, no i guess she was trying a place to hide....), gave the statements one after other condemning the attacks, fair enough. I happened to see an article in TOI dated February 22, 2009 in Chennai edition, that FIR was filed against RC for terming Mangalore to Taliban. So brave, she stood against the entire state....brave brave....but in the same newspaper in the same page just below RC's article, that naxal women in Bastar, were implementing policy of not having children as it would be difficult for them to fight, why did not RC raise her voice against this and used the vocal force to bring down this.........don't bother to find the answers......it is known fact. Following are the golden principles-
If any opposition party is ruling any state, and any small incidents happen, raise your voice and try to malign the state government by words such as "jungle raj", "law and order failure", "CM/HM should own moral responsibility and resign""President rule should be imposed" etc. etc., who give more type of statements will be recognised for future elections.
If any of your allies are ruling any state/or ruled by self....then "condemn the incident" and move on. This happened in Chennai, when the entire Lawyers were pulled up by police and beaten....as this is ruled by RC's ally, no comment from any corner of the central government......so exact implementation of golden principles.

Renukaji, i have high regards for you but why do you blow up for wrong causes. Be firm and raise your voice for any of the mis deeds irrespective of the parties, do you want to just be good with your bosses and not with people.......don't try to have two faces, you are answerable to god have one face.

Please have a policy of "soft pillow"...at the end of the day when you sleep, ask yourself whether you have done rights things which your conscious permitted and have not done things just to make some one happy.
Please take some cue from A Ramadoss, the health minister, he stands by his commitment, irrespective of the strong lobby's he has accomplished the great job of banning the smoking in public places, he took on the mighty people of star world, but for the cause of a good deed......i am sure when he sleeps, he would be happy that he would have saved lakhs of rupees spent by govt on cancer related ailments, environment etc., I am with you health minster for all your initiatives which helps people at large, i don't even know which party you belong to or does it matter, if given opportunity, i would like to canvass for you in your constituency.

Simple rule Renukaji, if you do know learn it.......by being vocal or fierce will not solve the problem, have sincerity in what you do.........

Worst Case Scenario-Muthappa Rai

Muthappa Rai (Mr.), was the name once dreaded, it was a name, which used to be image of terror for common man and also police. Today, he is very much within us. I appreciate MR. very much, not because he was once upon a time the Don having areas of Mangalore, Bangalore, and Mumbai under his control, but because of his bravery and courage to come back to the mainstream of life after all the dreaded episodes. I am coming from the view that what would have been a plausible worst-case scenario; say if MR. was still a don! The same stories of underworld fights, murders, extortion would have been carried but to the extent required and felt to be done by Mr. also the cost of tracking him by the police of various states, how much drain on citizen’s hard earned money. Today, he is brave and courage enough to come into open, face the law, got acquitted and now leads a citizen’s life. He has built his own party called as “Jaya Karnataka”, which is into development of rural areas as Mr. feels that politicians always try to concentrate on urban cities rather than rural areas. Agreed, and it is true to quite an extent. Likewise, today Mr. has also formed “Jaya Karnataka”, which will definitely prove to be very influential in the near future. It is highly recommended that all our kannada parties should contest elections and win sufficient number of seats (MLA and MP) so that we can have a say for our language in state and central parliaments. A voice with sufficient number in legislature is heard with seriousness! I was keen to register with “Jaya Karnataka” for some social activities relating to education field, but could not access the website, as it was still “under construction”………probably my thoughts are also under construction. I am of the view that if someone is doing good things he needs to be appreciated, forget his past.....everyone of us have a dark past which may none of the people around knows us..........i will be happy if MR. aim of bringing development to rural areas is achieved, which i know the government will never achieve.......I have tried to cultivate a habit of looking positive things in even in negative scenarios and try to imagine the worst case scenario so as to compare the same with the existing scenario..........I AM THANKFUL TO GOD THAT I BROKE MY LEG......FOR BEING LUCKY THAT IT WAS NOT MY BACKBONE......

Why fanatics overeact?

Front Page news....hogging limelight....publicity.....all this are creation of Media. Now let us understand as to why fanatics go overboard and give statements which though does not affect us but still becomes talk of the town....let me share my views with various incidents...
A R Antulay incident. Anutaly was sleeping when Mumbai was on fire....everyone knew that the Anti Terrorist Squad had visited the spots of hospital in search of terrorists.....but Anutaly does not believe it....he feels that ATS were mislead....now the basic question is that who mislead ATS. For this i need to stretch my imagination to the wildest possible extent......let me try....As Antualy had confirmed that it is BJP because of Malegoan blasts ripping it......my imagination goes like this.....someone in BJP knows that there is a terrorist attack in Mumbai and immediately go on field.....they also call up their local friends in police stations and inform them to direct the ATS to a particular place...(this means BJP is acting faster than terrorist)...and the good friends in police station inform ATS to go to that hospital....which ATS abides....then BJP instructs the terrorists to kill ATS guys......hence Anutaly feels that ATS was mislead....so stupid...does ATS listen to Police?or were the ATS given instruction by Home Minister(assuming BJP paid say 100 crore for the instruction to the Home Minister), that means the blue print of the attack with time and place was circulated to BJP/Home Minister and they played the act so that ATS reaches the spot at certain specified time and the terrorist kills them.......sorry i could not stretch more than this(i think i need to check my brain as it is giving wrong signals.....like the above imagination).........

So Anutaly, thought when it is hot lets beat the iron(read citizens)....and gave the famous judgement that ATS was mislead and the death is not as it is proved.....why did he do this...
1) he was not known in public....so by this statement now he is known in the entire world(thanks to the headless chickens(read media)) whom beamed the statement throughout the day
2) Loksabha elections nearing hence to make sure he wins the votes by raising the voice
3) give signal to high command, that my seat needs to be confirmed for lok sabha ticket
4) he knows the sensitivity that media will pick his statement and beam him throughout the days, opposition will create ruckus, he will get wide publicity without paying for it......and this all comes free........
5) Media does not know what to beam and what not to beam.........

Second incident is......."Pub Culture" "valentine day culture against Indian tradition" etc., by various organisations and individuals.....these guys are smart and media is not.......the simple test is that give a statement against any issue which is widely accepted, Media will pick up the issue and start discussions on it by inviting panel.....forums.....votings....all stupid and non value addition methods and keep giving wide coverage to such individuals and organisations.........these guys measure their statement like this--
1) number of newspaper covering the statement
2) front page or other pages
3) with photo or without photo
4) how many channels beaming the same as live.....
5) how many ministers/MLAs/MPS/EX-PM/PM/HM etc., give statement against their statements.......

All the above leads to publicity and they get it dirt cheap...which media is not understanding and falling prey to just stay in competition(same analogy applies to Raj Thackrey).

Media is not responsible enough to understand what is issue of national importance and what are the issues which are just created to get publicity..........at the end of the day we citizens are taken for ride and are forced to forget the real issues of national importance, rather than discussing how do we combat terrorism, how do we increase the literacy ratio, how do we increase the agriculture output, how to increase employment opportunities, we are today discussing(thanks to media) whether to go to pub or not or whether to celebrate valentine's day or not."Media is dead Long live Media"

ANZ riding high in India

Satyam case, is still afresh in minds. But the good news are also now appearing. India is still the darling of the world when you compare for various outsourcing requirements of the global economy and India has advantages of Excellent intellectual who can speak and understand English. The latest news of Australian Banks entering India is also commendable(ANZ was earlier operating in India but exit the operations in 2001). Now the latest news is that ANZ is proposing to acquire certain verticals to grow in Asia. It should be noted that not many Australian Companies have foot print in India. Probably, once ANZ drums it success story of India in Australia, we can have the other companies/Banks of Australia to be present in India. Now we need to see who will first seize the opportunity and enter India. Australian Banks especially ANZ has withstood the global meltdown and now has deep pockets to go for shopping in India. So ultimately the customer is going to benefit as ANZ operated very well during its operations in India as "ANZ Grindlays". All the best and Welcome to India!

Media is Dead......Long Live the Media

Recent, drama both on press and television on the guidelines for the telecast during emergency situations created havoc. The only group to raise concerns is the Media!surprisingly its true. In any other similar situation, when say corporate group raises issues or concerns on any of the proposed amendments, they do it after a lot of research and studying the impact of the amendments on them. At that point, depending on the mood of the media, they either support them or turn them down. I have read many occasions where the bastions of media just simply played down the request of the corporate. Media at time support foreign investment in certain sector and certain point of time oppose them. But they are very shrewd as not to allow foreign investment in their sector, as that would bring in competition and the likes of BBC, CNN, AFP, would just throw them out of the sector. I utterly fail to understand why media is so protective?Are we expected to read the same breaking news for hours together?Are we expected to agree to the media of their views?Are we expected to see the programmes telecasts on various channels, where in the moderator talks more and never allows the invitees to speak?Are we expected to see the sensation in the news?Are we expected to see only problems and no solutions?Are we expected to just to see and not act? None of the media players play a constructive role when we compare on macro level basis. Today, Media boasts that India got independence in 1947 and the position today is not so encouraging, can we also raise a question, that Media is also existing from the time of our independence(even earlier may be in different form), what change they were able to make it. Does the media incorporates ethics or the security of the nation in their coverage. Answer is no. Today we have many media persons who have shifted from one company to other, ditching their mentors....today we have media who telecasts Mumbai attacks , which was keenly watched by our friends across the border?Has anyone raised any question on the various wrong news beamed during the Mumbai attacks? We have no answers to all of these questions, if we have raised any questions on this, it will be ensured that they are not answered by the media or deleted from the postings(if posted on website).......Media have still not understood their role is what i feel. They make a small time politician a big hero and keep covering him, for his sensational dialogues......they are more interested in earning their bread and butter through advertising and will never think of the hatred the clippings would create in the country. Media will never allow foreign players to come in or invest because it is known that they cannot face the quality/coverage of such foreign players. Today if someone reports a news and identifies that is it BBC, CNN, AFP or Bloomberg or Thomson Reuters, the news is taken on its full value. Do we have any Media in country with that quality/accurate news, expect for PTI. The news channel are just competing with each other, they are not doing any good to the country. Everyone wants to cover news which are "exclusive" or "breaking" first on their channel etc., Who knows whether news covered are paid for, as we have media to be a watch dog on politicians or corporate but who watches Media? During the vote of confidence, the incident of MPs being bribed was hot. One channel was supposed to telecast the incident(sting operation clippings), but at the last moment it backed off...with some lame excuses.....can anyone imagine this happening with BBC, CNN, AFP or Bloomberg or Reuters, this i know and probably the Media also knows. Does the media persons have commitment/ethics/professionalism with respect to their profession? I don't think so....they are here to become journalist winning awards, winning appreciation...but have we ever thought what is the value addition they have made to safeguard the country's interest? It is not the coverage of the problem that is important, it is the solution which is important......anyway the media is helping our friends across the border to know how the politicians are fighting in India, the difference of opinion among Indians on topics of national security, integrity...these are dishes served to them, for which they need not do any work....Good work media.....keep going......when we expect politicians to be united on the issues of national importance, is it unfair to expect the same from Media? Media is dead..........long live the Media

Husband's Life

Ever wondered how a husband's life evolves(a guy who is fair enough in his dealings, who tries to manage two boats at a time...). He is subject to all the experiments in life. Poor chap, first he is grown with his family on standalone basis and thereafter he grows on consolidated basis with family and wife. The definition of family gets expanded so as his responsibilities. I always wonder as to why only Mother In law an Daughter in law fight, never seen a case where Son in law and Father in law fights, strange....men are more accomodative.....Husband has a very difficult situation throughout his life, after marriage he needs to balance between old family and new family member wife, thereafter with child and wife, the buck does not stop here then between child and parents, thereafter between his daughter in law and wife or between his son in law and daughter....the life goes on....but he still maintains all sometimes gets annoyed sometimes drunk and sometimes with threatening...all is fair in husband's life.........
